Aspectos positivos: La vista, las habitaciones son limpias y tienen buenas instalaciones

Aspectos negativos: El estacionamiento es muy estrecho si es que hay varios coches es un poco complicado.

Un hotel nuevo y muy recomendable

Aspectos positivos: La habitación, la alberca , los columpios son un buen detalle y la atención del personal muy buena.

Aspectos negativos: Falta estacionamiento en la parte de abajo, falta un restaurante, porque con esas instalaciones tan bonitas que tienen , sería el complemento.

Aspectos positivos: El Hotel prácticamente nuevo...las instalaciones de primera y la atención...excepcional...lo recomendaría al 100% cuidan al cliente y la vista ..espectacular...nos gustó muchísimo gracias

Aspectos negativos: Solo llegar puede ser un poco complicado..pero no tanto como Puerto Angel es muy chico finalmente llegas bien

Aspectos negativos: Access would be challenging for people with mobility issues. VERY steep driveway and lots of stairs.

Aspectos negativos: only cold shower possible no amenities in the hotel for breakfast or dinner the rooms doors do not provide a good acoustic isolation (it was ok for us as hotel was half empty, but might be an issue if full with loud neighbors)

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Aspectos positivos: Customer service was excellent, some of the staff spoke English, which helped me a lot. The staff that did not speak English were very patient with my bad Spanish and helped me the best they could which was usually great.

Aspectos negativos: I am 75 years old so all the stairs were a bit trying for me, I would have liked a bit more hot water for the shower.

Loved the local area and quieter Mexico life. Taxis close to great beach of Mazunte.

Aspectos positivos: The location in Puerto Ángel overlooks an authentic fishing village. The two floor suite was fabulous, viewpoints from all decks. LOTS of stairs! The staff was very accommodating, although I believe our concerns SHOULD have been thought out BEFORE we arrived! A fan on the top deck would have been fabulous.

Aspectos negativos: There was no Guest Welcome Book! In Spanish OR English (both would have been appreciated), to tell of area attractions and appliance workings. There was NO large bottled water and pots and pans upon arrival. There was NO information on how to work the gas stove (gas needs to be turned on first!) we could not use the microwave, as in Spanish?) The Tv and router did not work the whole time of our stay. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. You have to be FIT for this suite, as there are MANY stairs, inside and out.
