Aspectos negativos: La dificultad para conseguir un taxi

Aspectos positivos: El lugar es muy tranquilo y acogedor. Bien ubicado, cerca de Zicatela, con un bonito patio lleno de plantas, una barra donde puedes disponer de bebidas, pesas y útiles para hacer ejercicio e incluso una pequeña piscina. Cuando fuimos nosotros la piscina no estaba disponible por mantenimiento pero a cambio, Nayeli fue muy amable y nos ofreció cambiar nuestra cabaña por otra habitación, algo más grande y ventilada.

Aspectos negativos: La habitación es algo cálida, pero con el ventilador de aspas en el techo se alivia bastante y se duerme bien. La ducha no tiene agua caliente pero no lo echamos en falta ya que hacía mucho calor.

Gio was an incredible host. No problem ever too small!

Aspectos positivos: Great location just over the highway and away from the noise of La Punta. But close enough to nip in any time.

Aspectos positivos: Great design, great value, amazing landscaped courtyard with pool, very much a retreat feel. Appartments were well equipped. Morning coffee and sweet bread available at a small charge.

Fantastic place with warm atmosphere and a caring host

Aspectos positivos: It was our second stay at Casa Gio. All as perfect as before! Clean and comfortable apartments, a wonderful garden and terraces with sea view. A small but refreshing pool and most important: a self service bar providing an amazing atmosphere Thank you Gio for having us at your wonderful place!

Awesome stay with Gio!

Aspectos positivos: We had a great stay here. Gio is a really lovely guy,, he went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. The room was some homely. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to make a great meal. The bed was comfortable, the fan was strong. The wifi worked very well throughout the property. We managed to talk to Gio a bit, he built a lot of the property himself. The bar, gym and pool area were all awesome. He also played some great music too!

Aspectos negativos: I can't think of anything. Keep up the good work Gio!

Relaxing Homestay with stunning sea views

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful views, lovely small pool to cool down in, well stocked honesty bar and attentive hosts. Simple well built accommodation and it was great to have a kitchenette so we could make ourselves breakfast and hot drinks in the morning. The terrace was great for sunsets over the sea or just relaxing in a hammock with a book. Gio couldn’t do enough, was quick to assist with any queries or issues and often checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Whole place was a little oasis away from the main strip and they had friendly cats to snuggle with which is always a bonus in my eyes.

Aspectos negativos: The room we had, had the toilet and shower downstairs in a more public area - but to be fair the description did say that it was an external bathroom. It was all fine but just slightly inconvenient. Local wildlife (dogs and roosters) could be a little noisy in the morn - but our powerful in room fan drowned out the noise really effectively.

Perfect spot for solo female traveler

Aspectos positivos: Gio made it feel like 2nd home. The spot is prime location but away from the hussel & bussel. Its like a mini family unit.
