Great place to relax by the pool and cook up some meals with drinks
Aspectos positivos: Perfect location at the top of the hill overlooking the break of Zicatela. Security guard was super friendly and kept to themselves so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Worth hiring a scooter or quad if you are there for a couple of days, just makes exploring that much easier. However it was also a perfect spot to not do any exploring and just completely enjoy the amenities offered at the property, was a really good rest stop for us just lounging by the pool most days.
Aspectos negativos: That we didn't stay longer.

Perfect villa, all facilities, great host.
Aspectos positivos: The property is the same like at the pictures, or maybe even better. All facilities and (kitchen)supplies you need. The pool is great, als a good view on the sea. The shower is the best we had in Mexico, good waterpressure. There is 24/7 security, they open the gate of the property for you and they also will help you with all your questions. They also keep the swimming pool clean. The host was really friendly and responded really quick. Restaurants, beach and supermarkets are really near and easy to reach by car.

Aspectos positivos: Our stay at Casa Sana was amazing. The house is new and it is situated just outside the lively area of la Punta and is special both aesthetically and functionally. It has all comforts (like A/C, hot water, ultra modern technological appliances, etc) and the outdoor kitchen and the private pool make the house really unique. There is private security 24h in the house yard which makes it extremely safe. Also the host (Angie) is extremely responsive and kind and accommodated all our requests. Communication was perfect. Therefore, we highly recommend to stay in Casa Sana if you have the chance to visit Puerto Escondido!!
Aspectos negativos: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

A VIP GUARDED 24/7 mini compound unlike any other
Aspectos positivos: A 24 hour Police Guard outside the door, the complete outdoor living experience.. the 110% commitment to the guests comfort, with absolutely everything taken into consideration… beyond anything I have seen in any accommodation… fresh can of ground coffee, a watermelon and fresh pineapple, every cleaning supply and gadget, supper AC, gorgeous linens, and amenity products of a very high standard… the pool, with it bubbles and views…
Aspectos negativos: Isolated area, you can taxi though, and the guards call for you… the bedroom area is quite low ceilings if you are over 6’, but not a deal breaker, but this is nit picking an awesome property

Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful home
Aspectos positivos: We had an amazing stay! Everything was exactly as described - the outdoor kitchen is fantastic, the sleeping space super comfortable and my boyfriend loved using the bathtub every night :) the fridge had fresh fruits, milk, and small chocolates when we arrived, which was such a nice touch. As other reviews mentioned, it’s best to rent a scooter, but that really goes for all of Puerto Escondido. The property itself is beautiful and clearly built with a lot of thought. The water quality is insane thanks to the filtration system and honestly a million times better than what we’re used to in Berlin. It was also the first time in Mexico that we didn’t have to buy bottled water for the house during our stay, which we really appreciated. Everyone was wonderful, from the security staff to the cook who prepared a super nice breakfast for us and Angie herself went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property. Perfect if you are short stature but uncomfortable if you are tall because of the oddly short ceili
Aspectos positivos: The private pool and the fruit left for guests in the fridge. It was spotlessly clean.
Aspectos negativos: The bedroom building ceiling is extremely low and my husband (he is 6 foot 1 inches tall) was unable to stand up straight and hit his head on the beams on the way to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
