Aspectos positivos: El hotel es muy lindo, esta a pie de playa, el servicio de restaurante es excelente, la comida y atencion del personal muy buenos, siempre es una buena opcion.

Aspectos negativos: Habia bastante ruido en la habitacion por la noche por una animalito que andaba en el techo, no sabiamos si un gato o iguana, pero nos sorprendio con un poco de su pipi a media noche filtrandose por el techo, al final tuvimos que cambiar de habitacion por esta situación, pero el personal lo soluciono en cuanto solicitamos su atencion.

¡Gran experiencia de descanso y disfrute de la playa!

Aspectos negativos: La señal de wifi no era buena dentro de la habitación.

Beachfront relaxation

Aspectos positivos: Gorgeous looking hotel right on the beach with direct access. Amazing staff - Roberto was attentive and the trio of women serving meals and drinks couldn’t do enough. It was clean, well maintained (contrary to one review I read but maybe it was out of season?) and in a good quiet spot away from the crowds further along the coast.

Aspectos negativos: A few small things that could be improved for the cost which really broke our budget: the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room (we were right at the front overlooking the street and maybe furthest away from the router) so we had to sit on the balcony or down at the restaurant/pool/sunbeds to be online. There was no fridge, kettle or coffee maker in the room and it was a really big room so plenty of room for a small set up.

Highly recommended for a very relaxing stay with a great team of people

Aspectos negativos: Our ground floor room had been booked months in advance for a full week but were assigned the least nice seafront room. Not worth the extra price unless you get one of the other four seafront suites

Aspectos positivos: Magical place with a lovely beach area, amazing food (you must try the Octopus) and great staff. Rosario and the duty manager (gentleman with dark hair) were absolutely wonderful

A short, quiet and comfortable stay. Very friendly staff with stunning views.

Aspectos positivos: The location is incredible. Right on the beach with stunning views from the courtyard, pool and terrace. The staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The manager Michel was also great. Always up for a chat and helping if you need anything. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool pleasant. Very easy to get to Mazunte, Zipolite etc by taxi. I was only there for two nights but all in all, a comfortable and quiet stay.

Aspectos negativos: The room was quite dark and on the street side so quite noisy in the mornings. It's worth noting that the restaurant closes at 5pm which was slightly frustrating as I arrived at 5.30pm and didn't necessarily feel like going and exploring the town on my own after dark to try and find food. I am a confident swimmer so was happy to go and cool down in the sea but it is definitely dangerous so take all of the advice from the locals and don't risk it on stormier days.

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is really charming and beautiful and the location is absolutely amazing. Right on the beach! The staff was also really nice and attentive, they really made us feel well taken care of at all times.

Aspectos positivos: The staff were WONDERFUL! The food great, ambience too. There were a couple of limiting rules at the hotel but staff sooo accommodating!

Aspectos negativos: Two things - the water in front of the hotel is quite scary with currents etc - it’s a shame not to be able to jump into the sea on hot days (and some were veryyy!). We had I think one of the most character-ful rooms but there was no bathroom door and an additional large ‘design’ hole between the bedroom & bathroom - not very romantic 😉🙈. If that was resolved would be perfect!

Aspectos positivos: We loved the hotel, very small and cozy and feels very tropical. The Ladies who work there are wonderful. We did not eat much of their food but what we tried was great. We really had a good time and would like to come back.

Aspectos negativos: They put us in the worst sea facing room even tho two better ones were available. We did ask for a change and eventually were moved to a beautiful room. The lowest level front beach room should not be at the same price nor called sea view as the other ones - half the size, no views due to greenery and next to some storage room.
