Aspectos positivos: En general me pareció un excelente lugar para relajarte e ir ya sea en familia o pareja. Muy tranquilo a 5 min caminando de la playa. Muy cómodo y limpio. Recomiendo ampliamente

Excelente hotel perfectamente ubicado
Aspectos positivos: El hotel está perfectamente ubicado a unos cuantos pasos de la playa. Está a 10-15 minutos de la playa de Mazunte y como a 5 de San Agustinillo caminando. La cama está súper cómoda y el desayuno que incluye está bien. El staff fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. Lo único que hay que considerar para la selección del hotel, es que se encuentra en una calle muy empinada, que cuesta trabajo subir. Además de que son muchas escaleras en el hotel.
Aspectos negativos: Me hubiera gustado que hubiera un lugar donde colgar la toalla de manos, ya que hasta las personas de limpieza nada más la dejaban echa bolas al lado del lavabo.

Aspectos positivos: El trato, la atención, la calidez de las personas encargadas Marcos y Lizeth, excelentes personas y que decir de la comida exquisita sin duda regresaría siempre y cuando ellos sigan de encargados y una vista espectacular
Aspectos negativos: Que no te dejan pagar al reservar, que el pago es en dólares y la aplicación no refleja el pago de impuestos , no se tiene una cotización real, eso es engañoso

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, la vista y las instalaciones son magníficas. Hay una playa a unos metros de distancia. El personal es muy atento.
Aspectos negativos: Hay un poco de hormigas pero nada grave. La subida es un poco complicada.

Aspectos negativos: Las sillas de los balcones son muy incomodas y me gustaría un poco mas de variedad en los desayunos

Luxury villa , made to feel at home.
Aspectos positivos: The hosts here went out of their way to do everything for us. We had many cocktails and lunches here and everything was fantastic…. The best pina colada in town !!! The location is up some stairs but the reward is the STUNNING view and pool. The location is perfect away from the busy parts but has some nice restaurants at the bottom of the street, literally so close to the beach too!
Aspectos negativos: Basic tea and coffee in the room would be great and the pool chlorine did slightly stain or swimwear but nothing a wash won’t get out , it didn’t phase us we loved our stay.

Good location, welcoming and lovely rooms , but more guest house than hotel
Aspectos positivos: Good location, wonderful views and welcoming hosts
Aspectos negativos: i was surprised to be charged for a single plate of fruit and yoghurt at breakfast, anything other than the standard egg dish was extra which seemed a bit mean . Beware no hairdryers in the rooms !

Aspectos positivos: This place is divine. It probably has the best views in San Agustinillo, it's in an excellent location, super close to the safe swimming bay, with professional management and hosts, and excellent food and coffee. Cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful views and lovely location
Aspectos positivos: Beautiful view and location in San Agstunillo. Walking distance to Mazunte. Stunning views from our room. Lovely swimming beach close by. Solid breakfast. Nice large room that was clean and spacious. Nice shower. Great pool. Incredibly quiet and tranquil location listening to the ocean waves crash. Lovely sunset.
Aspectos negativos: Staff spoke no English. We asked to check in and even though the room was empty we needed to wait to exactly check in time. Communication was incredibly difficult. No coffee making facilities in room. Weird rule that you could not consume food or drink not bought at the hotel, this made our 5 day trip very uncomfortable. Very steep walk up to hotel, would be challenging for unfit or older guests. Bed was very soft, in need of replacement. Value for money was not good but not hotels fault as not many options in this price range.

Wonderful experience!
Aspectos positivos: Beautiful hotel! You have to walk up over a hundred stairs from the street (less from the parking space, which might be hard to get up to for some cars), but once you're there you'll have the best views over the coastline. Walking down to the beach/village takes about 5 minutes. We had the room with a private balcony and couldn't have been happier. The whole property is taken care of really well and is beautifully designed. We have to thank Liz and Marcos especially who made us feel so welcome. The care they provide for all of their guests is exceptional. Breakfast was a dream and we ate at the hotel most of the evenings because their cooking is so good. Can't wait to return!
