Un lugar maravilloso, cada rincón esta pensado para ser disfrutado.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es muy buena. Un poco ruidosa, pero así es el centro de Oaxaca. Los espacios son muy hermosos. Eramos un grupo grande y disfrutamos de reunirnos dentro del hotel.

Aspectos negativos: El ruido, no es exagerado pero a Hay espacios dónde si se siente el tráfico. Los baños son un poco incómodos

Aspectos positivos: It’s very central, beautiful design and overall nice property. Generally had a good experience.

Aspectos negativos: It’s pretty loud, which was okay in the groundfloor / patio room, and overall sometimes missing some of the attention you would expect from a hotel of this price (e.g. service at breakfast or an old towel on sunbed)

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The staff were so hospitable and welcoming. The welcome drink was such a nicr touch. All details are carefully considered and they go out of their way to help. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. Highly recommemd.

Design Hotel close to the main tourist attractions

Aspectos positivos: Design-focused hotel. Rooftop pool and a beautiful inner courtyard. A short walk to numerous tourist spots. Very helpful staff.

Aspectos negativos: It was on quite a busy road but once inside it was an oasis of calm

The perfect retreat for a luxurious stay in Oaxaca

Aspectos positivos: The hotel common areas and room was beautifully designed with plenty of natural light, plants and quiet areas, it truly feels like an Oasis in bustling Oaxaca. The staff were also incredibly generous with their local recommendations, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best time in Oaxaca and an incredible stay at the hotel. The hotel is also secure with a security presence at the front entrance 24/7

Beautiful, well considered and well appointed

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful design, handy location, amazing welcome cocktail, considerate service, and nice breakfasts. Lovely to quickly cool off in the pool in the afternoon. We very much enjoyed the amazing tasting menu for dinner on our last night.

Aspectos negativos: The noise was the only downside, as other have noted it’s on a main bus route. We took this into consideration and booked a garden patio room (which is slightly below street level) which I think helped a bit - but just use their ear plugs provided, or play white noise if you’re a light sleeper. It was worth it.

Aspectos positivos: The staff were helpful – friendly breakfast service staff in particular – and the room was very clean and calm. The bathroom was lovely. The breakfast choices were very good.

Aspectos negativos: Part of the reason for booking the hotel was the small rooftop pool. Over the 5 days of my stay at the hotel, I never saw anyone use the pool and did not use it myself, as unfortunately, it was very slimy/had not been cleaned and was therefore unusable. Given the calibre of the hotel, I was disappointed by this. It was also a shame that 'speciality coffees' attracted an extra charge at this hotel.
