Bonito y buena ubicación.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, el personal muy atento. Bonito lugar.

Aspectos negativos: Lo único que no nos gustó y es lo más importante porque necesitas descansar, fue la cama (es muy dura, no se descansa), podrían invertir en colchones más cómodos.

Aspectos positivos: El trato del personal es muy bueno. La cercanía al centro de la ciudad .

Aspectos negativos: El area de regadera tenía un problema de salirse el agua de la bañera y moja hasta la recámara. Los muebles están feos porq quisieron darle el aspecto de antiguos y solo se ven viejos .

Centro de Oaxaca

Aspectos positivos: El personal, en concreto Carlos y Farid fueron muy amables. La ubicación era perfecta para moverse por la ciudad.

Aspectos negativos: Relación calidad precio: es un hotel de 5 estrellas pero antiguo por lo que el precio es un poco elevada para lo que es. El desayuno es muy sencillo.

Bueno en general

Aspectos positivos: La atención y dedicación de personal. La ubicación es muy buena y el alojamiento es tranquilo.

Aspectos negativos: Mi habitación (ROMA) no tiene vista al exterior. La cama no es cómoda (se hunde mucho). Falta de espacio para guardar ropa en las habitaciones

Peaceful, comfortable with great service

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location and phenomenal staff, really attentive. Cool building and rooms with great atmosphere. Excellent food and local coffee at breakfast + good restaurant recommendations

Aspectos negativos: Very little to criticise, only marginal negative was small charge for additional bottle water.

Wonderful, small boutique hotel in Oaxaca, great location and exceptional, welcoming staff.

Aspectos positivos: Very interesting and distinctive architecture, with nice decorations. Well equipped and comfortable bedroom, jacuzzi bathtub, coffee maker and TV. Good location, easily walkable to all the important city sites, restaurants, shops and bars. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, nothing too much trouble even preparing a map marked with all the important sites to see in the town for a walking tour. Excellent cooked breakfast included.

Aspectos negativos: Only criticism would be that the first room we were given was on the top floor overlooking the street, so very noisy from traffic and music from local bars. However, with no hesitation we were moved to an interior room for the rest of our stay, problem resolved.

Beautiful spacious oasis close to all major attractions.

Aspectos positivos: Wonderful oasis in a delightful town. Spacious room, excellent staff and great bed and shower. The staff went the extra mile. Every time we returned from a day out there was a fresh juice awaiting. The rooms were cleaned promptly and to an excellent standard. Great location for restaurants and magor attractions.

Aspectos negativos: It was unusual having to ring a bell for exit/entry but for security it was good. Staff were always available.and it wasn’t a problem.

Aspectos positivos: It is a palace style hotel with exceptional service Rooms are huge snd comfortable Suite room on the ground floor was not so good but management changed to another room one floor up The terrace is incredible

Aspectos negativos: The lack of swiming pool The breakfast included was continental only. You have to pay for egg dishes. Taking in to account that room rate is incredibly high , this is a drawback

Excellent location for rest and sights to see. The hotel even arraigned taxis for us.

Aspectos positivos: The staff went over the top to make sure we had a great stay.

Aspectos negativos: We liked everything about the hotel and staff. But the neighborhood was noisy at night with rooftop entertainment going on. That had nothing to do with the hotel but the noise was a factor in our sleep.

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Staff was very friendly, very efficient, and very helpful. It was lovely having our breakfast every morning on our terrace.

Aspectos negativos: There was a bit of a “funky” smell in our bathroom. Perhaps some air freshener would help.
