Aspectos positivos: Buena ubicación, servicio, instalaciones muy nuevas, apartamento bien equipado, cómodos espacios y cuentan con ascensor

Aspectos positivos: Me gustó la alberca y la distancia a la playa, llegas caminando. La suite estaba limpia y amplia, todas las habitaciones tenían tv y aire acondicionado.

Aspectos negativos: El poco espacio en el frigobar.

Great location. Lacking accessories for a longer stay

Aspectos positivos: Loved the staff. They were professional and curtious. Willing to help and always cheerful. The location is great and close to everything. The A/C units worked great. The finishing of moldings,doors etc were very good quality work.

Aspectos negativos: The scores would have been higher but this unit was lacking the following. Wine glasses,tumbler glasses,coffee table in the dining room,patio furniture, drying rack on patio for drying cloths,ice tray,kitchen had no wash towels, fridge too small for long stays.The fridge was difficult to use as we had to kneel on the floor to use it. Entrance matt, unused light switch panels made it difficult to navigate,salt,pepper,microwave,blender,tea pot,colander, steel wool for cleaning pans,face cloths and hand towels for the 1/2 bathroom, more cloths hangers,, the curtain rods are made of wood and .ade it hard to open. (Should be round so the slide better) get rid of the pop and junk food for sale in the fridge. The pool area needs small tables to put drinks or towels on instead of putting them on the deck. The cupboard space is great but there should be a step ladder to access them. One of the lower suites had a 2 dogs barking early in the morning.

Aspectos positivos: Nice, no noise, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Everything was great

Aspectos negativos: The curtains weren’t blackouts, so very early in the morning we had sunshine right on our faces. Also, the water, turned hot and to cold, wasn’t stable. Didn’t have washer and dryer. And the refrigerator was a mini fridge, we couldn’t put almost nothing in there

Aspectos positivos: Las suites muy bonitas, cómodas y espaciosas. Si llevas mascota, ten en cuenta que deberás dejar un depósito de $1500 por noche. Eso no se nos fue comentado sino hasta estar en recepción.

Great option for renting an apartment in the Huatulco area.

Aspectos positivos: Great location in Santa Cruz beach. New construction with a nice rooftop pool. We used the pool more as the beach was very crowded during the holidays. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, which was new, spacious, clean, and quiet as it faced the garden. The apartment was well furnished, and the kitchen had a fridge, stovetop, pans, basic utensils, plates, coffee maker. There was no water filter, or coffee/tea supplies. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. Towels and basic toiletries were provided and the reception also had beach towels. There was a problem with the hot water on our first day, and the staff fixed it immediately. The staff were very responsive and there is a good cafe in the building.

Aspectos negativos: Parts of the property, including the garden are still under construction.
