Mágica estancia en Utopia

Aspectos positivos: Este lugar es un pedacito de paraíso, es una playa muy mágica y la casa es muy bonita. Es espectacular estar frente al mar en la comodidad de la casa, ya sea desde la cama, tomando una ducha, en la hamaca, en el sillón o cocinando. El espectáculo de la naturaleza es maravilloso. El anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitara, muy buena comunicación, trato y servicio. La pareja, que administra la casa, fueron muy atentos y serviciales. Agradezco mucho a utopía y a ellos por hacer mi viaje espectacular!

Aspectos negativos: Es un tema de adaptación, a que estamos en la naturaleza y por ende pueden aparecer algunos insectos, es muy normal ya que son parte de la naturaleza y con el paso de los días te acostumbras.

The place is just gorgeous, but the owners had to work on some issues.

Aspectos positivos: Location is just amazing, it is a hidden paradise. The play is very clean and the design is beautiful.

Aspectos negativos: The communication was disappointing. The manager tried to charge me twice for the VAT, and when I requested corrections to my invoice, I never received an updated version. They also didn’t honor the late check-out that Booking had confirmed for me, and gave me a different check-out time than the one clearly stated in the room. The administration seems quite disorganized, and I ended up wasting a lot of time explaining very basic things. Another downside was the cleaning lady playing loud corridos, which made it hard to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of what should have been a paradise.

Wonderful stay, would gladly come back.

Spectacular

Aspectos positivos: This place is located in a remote part of aqua blanca. It’s like paradise. It’s you the sea and the skies. It has the most beautiful sunset and sunrise and at night the stars are just spectacular. The place is very clean and beautiful the rooms are with very high standards. And a lot of privacy. You can chose the front rooms or there is a unit at the back that give you even more privacy. It has small balcony and it’s amazing to seat there with nice coffee. The front rooms are amazing as they pointed to the sea. I can’t wait wait for my next visit

Aspectos positivos: You can't beat the location. It's a house on the beach - even if it's not the safest place to swim due to high waves and currents, if you know your limits and manage your risks - nothing can be better than having swim in the morning 20 meters from your room. We had a room downstairs, it had an outside kitchen (power cocktail mixer is a perfect thing to have there - make sure to grab some fruit and rum in local store) and a nice outdoor area to chill out. Sunset views, almost wild beach around - you can't beat it. The bed was large and comfy, there was no need for AC as the wind does the job. One of the dream locations, calm, picturesque, instagramable, just perfect. Design of the room itself is another plus, feels super natural and stylish. Very happy we chose it and hope to come back one day.

Aspectos negativos: You pay the price for being on the wild beach - some transport is a good idea here, though even without it you can walk down the village - there're couple of basic grocery stores and basic sea food restaurants like 1km away. It's not the most pleasant walk, if you use the village road - we preferred the beach side. Level of services in the area is pretty basic as expected, so if you come here for more than 2-3 days, I'd rather have some transport available for groceries or other stuff. They do advertise deliveries now, maybe that's the solution and we just could not grab it due to our limited Spanish. The staff was helpful and did their best, there was some language barrier though, at least some Spanish can be useful.

An exceptional, relaxing, and beautifully designed stay

Aspectos positivos: My stay at UtopiAmar was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved how private and secluded the beach felt while still being within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. Rafael was an exceptional host, very accommodating and full of helpful suggestions that made the trip even better. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the house and property were beautifully designed with impressive attention to detail throughout.

Aspectos negativos: Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Aspectos positivos: Geweldig locatie aan het strand, en een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het zwembad. Heerlijk om een aantal dagen de rust op te zoeken.

Aspectos negativos: Schaars aanbod aan restaurants. Het is slim om genoeg eten mee te nemen voor alle dagen (ontbijt, lunch en diner) en een klein puntje voor de tiny house, het trapje naar boven is ietwat onhandig.

Amazing sand, surf, sunsets and stars

Aspectos positivos: Stepping out of the room into the sand right on the beach is an amazing way to spent some time in Mexico. The ocean and view are absolutely beautiful, sunsets were incredible. The hostess and staff were the best. Very attentive and quick to respond to any requests. From our search on booking.com we were concerned about there being no restaurants in the area. However there is a number of restaurants just down the beach serving good food and the best fresh oysters.

Aspectos negativos: The beach house is very open to the elements which took getting used to. The mosquitoes are definitely present but the provided bug spray keeps them from being pesky. Be sure to tuck in the mosquito netting around the bed at night.
