Aspectos positivos: Muy bonito departamento. Limpio y en buena ubicacion. El anfitrion fue muy accesible y muy amable, y respondia rapido por whatsapp, por lo que no tuvimos dificultad alguna a la hora de entrar o salir.

Aspectos negativos: El departamento es muy ruidoso. La puerta de la entrada al departamento no esta propiamente aislada, lo que provoca que todo lo que sucede en el edificio (si algun otro huesped entra a dejar sus maletas, por ejemplo) se oye como si estuviera pasando dentro del departamento. Tambien entra mucho ruido de la calle.

Aspectos positivos: Me gusto mucho la ubicación y la persona q nos rentó se portó muy atenta con nosotros.

Aspectos negativos: No me gustó que no tiene cortinas adecuadas tanto para privacidad como para bloquear la luz del sol y no tiene televisión.

great stay amazing value

Aspectos positivos: Great space, great value, Diego was a fabulous host who helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay including adding a few more items to the kitchen for us. Perfect location too, we loved our three week stay here!

Aspectos positivos: It was a nice apartment and a beautiful 10 minute walk into town. The colourful buildings in the area were a standout for us.

Aspectos negativos: We were here in December and there were loud bangs and homemade fireworks at night, that went for a few hours, it woke us and frightened us but I understand now that it wasn’t anything bad and this isn’t the hosts fault. This is just a heads up if you’re staying near Christmas!

Comfy apartment with great hosts

Aspectos positivos: Big space and comfortably set up. Very comfortable bed. Close to downtown but still quiet. Very accommodating hosts.

Aspectos negativos: It gets HOT - keeping the windows and curtains closed works well enough to cool the place down but the bedroom was warmer than the living room.

Great location, lovely staff and comfortable room

Aspectos positivos: The host was super accomodating, he helped us with our bags. The apartment had nice decor, the location was great and everything was nice and clean. Really appreciated having drinkable water provided for us.

Aspectos negativos: It got a bit hot at night, as there was no AC. The fans were good, but were a bit loud. Would also suggest a jug in case you wanted to boil water for tea/coffee.

Lovely apartment that feels like home in a beautiful part of town

Aspectos positivos: - Great location, on the edge of the historical centre, you could walk to most places within the centre. Right next to the beautiful Basilica de Nuestra Senora de la Soledad with its lively Plaza de la Danza, the ice cream plaza next to that same plaza made for easy evenings. - The apartment was spacious, plenty of amenities like coffee machine, giant water bottle and luggage lockers for early check in storage or later. Our host who who we met was very helpful. - Right near some great cafes, Italian restaurants as well as lock out up the hill where you can see the whole of Oaxaca City. - Wifi was excellent - A Soriana is only a few minutes walk away for groceries for extended stay.

Aspectos negativos: - It got really really hot... and we weren't even in Summer. There are two large windows in the apartment, neither have black our curtains and both face west. Meaning even tho in the morning it can be cool, by the time evening rolls around the apartment can be up to 7-9C degrees hotter than outside. Because of the apartment also being on the top floor, it's near impossible to cool down even with the huge fans provided... please take note of this if you can't handle the heat. We'd usually come home, open both windows and attempt to circular the air then go for a walk outside in the much cooler September evening Oaxaca air. Only an air con unit would be able to efficiently cool the place.
