Muy buen lugar excelente ubicación pero ojo se escucha todo lo q pasa en la terraza de abajo y eso es muy molesto

Aspectos positivos: El espacio amplio, bien equipado, limpio muy agradable. La comunicación con el dueño es expedita. Excelente ubicación

Aspectos negativos: La noche del viernes en el piso de abajo al parecer en la terraza, se pusieron a conversar en voz muy alta hasta las 4:00 am Fue muy molesto se escuchaba todo, a No pudimos dormir nada … pésimo.

Quiet area but central location. Very spacious rooms. I had a wonderful stay!

Aspectos positivos: T'es bien situé, quartier agréable, a la fois dans une rue calme et à 2 pas des restaurants, marchés etc... Grand et bien agencé. 2 salles de bain agréableS. Eau potable au robinet Literie ok

Aspectos negativos: Salon un peu sombre mais blues n'y étions pas souvent

Great Stay and Highly Recommend

Aspectos positivos: I really liked that we were so close to the plaza in Coyoacan and to the restaurants, the markets, all of it. The apartment is very secure and large and furnished well. It’s easy to spread out. Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The WiFi was fine. Both bedrooms have a private modern bathroom with a shower (no tub), so there are two, and I appreciated the bath mat in the larger room. The small bedroom faces the street. The larger bedroom faces the view of the green space. I appreciated the medical bag as I cut my wrist late one night and needed it. The towels and bedspreads were very nice and comfy. Loved the corner coffee shop and the traditional restaurant close by. Loved the modern blackout shades in each bedroom. There are steps in the apartment - the step up or down to go into the large bedroom and the step up or down to go into the dining room.

Aspectos negativos: The 10 stairs to go into the apartment were a pain but I’m old so it was ok. Happy with the banisters on each side going up. I found the air circulation a bit stuffy but the owner provided a fan quickly. The shower in the small bedroom didn’t turn off easily. Put some bandaids in the medical bag. Change out battery in the smoke alarm in small bedroom as it’s beginning to squeak and light up. Wish there had been access to the garden but we spent all our time outside.

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Close to the center without being in the congested traffic. Walking takes about three minutes. Lots of restaurants, shops, and parks nearby. Large spaces for eating. Having a washing machine was nice.

Aspectos negativos: Todo nos gustó. Si cabe aclarar que no tiene buena señal de wifi

Aspectos positivos: Geniale Lage! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat sehr viel Platz. Das Zentrum von Coyoacän ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
